Short version: the photographs and words here are ours, everything on the site is information rather than a binding offer, and the actual terms of any job live in the written agreement you would sign — not here.

These are not the terms of your project
This page governs your use of this website. It is not a construction contract and it does not limit our obligations on any job. If you hire us, the work is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, schedule, change orders and warranty. That agreement governs the work. Nothing on this website changes it, and nothing here should be read as trying to.
Estimates and information
Descriptions, timelines and project details on this site are examples of work we have done, not offers or price quotations. Every house is different, and nothing here is a commitment to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule.
Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation.
Our photography and words
The project photographs, written descriptions, page designs and the Barraza's Construction name and logo belong to Barraza's Construction Inc. Please do not republish them, in whole or in part, without asking. We are generally happy to say yes — a quick email is all it takes.
Photographs are of real projects we completed, published with the homeowner's permission. We identify locations only by city or county, never by address.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Licensing, insurance and bonding status can be verified independently through the California Contractors State License Board, and we would encourage you to do that with any contractor, including us.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we are not responsible for losses arising from it being unavailable or from errors in the information on it. This does not limit any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link somewhere else — a licensing body, a business listing — we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Changes
We may update this page as the site changes. The date above tells you when it was last revised, and continuing to use the site after that means the current version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about the website itself would be handled in the courts serving Tuolumne County.
