A stock surround, set properly
A new tub and shower surround beneath the window, with plank flooring run through and the trim returned at the door.
There is nothing exotic here and that is the point. A stock tub and surround, set dead level so the water goes where it should, sealed at the joints rather than smeared over them, with the plank floor run through from the doorway and the trim returned cleanly against it. Most bathrooms in most houses are this bathroom. Whether it is a good one comes down entirely to how carefully those four things were done.

What to look at, and why it was done that way.
-
01
Level before sealed
A surround set out of level cannot be corrected with silicone, though it is frequently attempted.
-
02
Floor through, trim returned
The plank runs from the doorway without a threshold and the trim closes against it rather than stopping short.
